International Order Guidance
International Order Process. We’ll be glad to fill your international order, but please, before you place the order, read all the information on this page. You start the process by placing an order using our online store, selecting the International Shipping option. Please note that the online store software only provides an initial estimate of shipping costs. When we receive your order we’ll calculate the actual shipping expense, and if the actual shipping cost exceeds the estimate, we’ll contact you by email for confirmation. You’ll then need to respond with a confirming email before we can process and ship your order. If the actual shipping cost is less than the estimated amount, we’ll adjust your order's shipping cost appropriately, and then process and ship your order.
Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes. Please be advised that since you are considered the importer of record, you must:
- comply with all laws and regulations of your country,
- pay any import duties and taxes on the merchandise in this shipment,
- pay any additional charges, such as necessary brokerage services for customs clearance.
We urge you to check out the amount of additional import charges, if any, for the merchandise you are ordering before confirming the order. If necessary, contact your local customs office for this information. The World Customs Organization provides links to customs web sites in various countries that you may find helpful.
Payment. For orders with total product amounts under $150 USD (United States Dollars), we will accept MasterCard, Visa, and Pay Pal payments online. For orders with product total amounts between $150 and $300 USD, we will also accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Pay Pal payments, but for MasterCard,Visa and American Express payments you will have to FAX, email, or mail us a copy of last month’s credit card statement that clearly shows the card number and billing address. Other sensitive information on the statement, such as the balance, may be blacked out as desired. Our international FAX number is +1-937-426-4364. For orders over $300 USD, we require prepayment by wire transfer. Wire transfer instructions will be provided by email as needed. Please note that wire transfer payments will incur an additional $14 fee imposed by our bank.
Shipping. International credit card orders can only be shipped to the credit card billing address. Depending on order size and destination, we will ship by U.S. Postal Global Express Mail or FedEx. We will provide you with a tracking number when the order is shipped. You should receive your order in 5 to 10 days, depending on shipping mode and destination.
Minimum International Order. Because of the time and effort required to process an international orders, we’ve had to establish a minimum product order amount of $40 USD for merchandise.
International Returns. Except for Canada or Mexico, we cannot accept international returns at this time due to customs issues. However, we will replace any defective or damaged items.
Restricted Countries. Due to the number of fraudulent internet orders received from the following countries, we can only accept wire transfer prepayment orders from: Belarus, Estonia, Ghana, Hungary, Indonesia, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Nigeria, Philippines, Slovak Republic, Romania, Russia, Thailand, Uganda, Ukraine, Yugoslavia.
How to save on international shipping costs. You can save by asking a third party friend or acquaintance living in the United States to buy the product from us using their MasterCard and Visa credit card (the card must be issued by a US bank and the shipping/billing addresses must be in the US). Your friend or acquaintance buys the item from us, we ship it to your friend, and they reship it to you. Reshipping by U.S. Postal Service Global Express Mail is easy and usually much less expensive than FedEx or United Parcel Service (UPS). Have your friend take the package to a United States Post Office counter, request and fill out the mailing label and customs form, and pay the postage.
